We are Easy Entertaining Inc., a premier, woman owned, full-service catering company in Rhode Island servicing the Ocean State, S.E. Massachusetts and parts of Connecticut.
A Culinary Journey Rooted in Community and Sustainability
Easy Entertaining was born in Little Rhody out of a $1,500 savings bond and a passion for food as a unifier by the company’s proprietor, Kaitlyn Roberts. What started as a one-person operation has flourished into a team of over 50 individuals, serving thousands of clients each year. Our journey began with intimate personal chef services and has since organically expanded to offer a range of catering options for events of up to 1,200 guests and beyond.

We are dedicated to providing a personal touch and a culinary experience that celebrates both seasonality and sustainability coupled with curating a one-stop-shop experience for our clients.
The One-Stop-Shop Experience
In the years since our intimate start, we have since expanded greatly to offer a range of catering options, from simple deliveries to large-scale, full-service events with lots of options in between. In addition to superior quality food and exceptional service, we try to fulfill as many of our clients needs as we can with assistance in coordinating rentals, tents, restroom trailers, event design and anything else they may need. We really do try to make entertaining as easy as possible; we don’t call ourselves Easy Entertaining for nothing!
Our Commitment to Sustainability
At Easy Entertaining Inc., we believe in the importance of sustainable practices. Our menus are inspired by the local seasons of New England, changing twice annually to showcase the best flavors each time of year has to offer. We prioritize sourcing from regional farms and purveyors, with a keen eye on growing practices in our selection process. In addition to our sourcing practices, our sustainability efforts trickle down to our employment practices. We are proud to be leaders in the hospitality industry, offering our employees a range of benefits like paid sick time, health insurance, parental leave and other not-so-common benefits for our industry.
Community Partnerships
Beyond our culinary offerings, we are deeply committed to giving back to the community. Through partnerships with local non-profits, we strive to make a positive impact and support causes that matter, most notably being our ongoing partnership with Amos House. We work closely with Amos House multiple times throughout the year to help feed the food insecure members of our community, especially for the holidays.
